You've heard the expression "The Early Bird Gets The Worm", Right? The fact of the matter is there is a lot of truth in that statement! One of my New Years resolutions was to get to sleep no later than 10pm and to wake at 5:30. I realized how much time I was wasting getting to the gym at 9 and sometimes 10am!
