The truth is, we are exposed to numerous toxins, every day and without detoxing or cleansing, they build up in our system and don't allow us to be out most beautiful selves.
How are we exposed to these toxins?
Through the air:
- Chem trails from planes
- Exhaust and fumes from cars & machinery
Through our skin (within 15 minutes, anything you put on your skin goes into your bloodstream):
- Cosmetics & beauty products
- Lotions & creams
- Toothpastes containing flouride
- Deodorant
- Household cleaning products
In our food:
- Additives in any sort of processed foods (anything packaged, GMO foods, artificial sweeteners such as Splenda and Sweet & Low, etc)
- Chemicals from non-organic fruits & vegetables
- Hormones that are added to meats
- Mercury from metal fillings, and seafood such as tuna
There are simple ways of cleansing and detoxifying our bodies every day, such as dry-brushing, sweating and juicing but with years of accumulation, sometimes it is necessary to take it a step further and really reboot your system.
