Do you think a healthy body is only is what you eat? WRONG! Health really does start at home within the rhythm of how our relationships flow!
When it comes to sexual responsibility it's not only a "man thing"! It's a relationship agreement. Partners should understand the choice of having a monogamous relationship is just that... a choice! An agreement between two kindred souls to cherish, respect, and honor one another with high integrity and truth.
Here are 7 Tips on how to cultivate a responsible Sexy relationship!
- Superb communication: Open discussions among partners should be done to develop a strong and trustful sexual bond. This prevents misunderstandings later on in the union.
- Support system: both the partners must be supportive of each other and respect each other’s choice. You should make your partner aware of the consequences of sexual activities outside of your sacred union. For me, loyalty means respect. If my partner were ever disloyal, I would be gone and never look back. For you, this may be different. It's important to discuss these matters prior to intimacy.
- Equality and Fairness: two partners in a relationship need to understand that both of them are equal. And both partners have an equal say in making sexual decisions. Consent plays a vital role in sex.
- Trust/ Get Vocal: sexual responsibility is an equal share of trust in each other. They should trust each other in the choices they make and share each other’s emotions during sex. I love to be vocal during intimacy! For my partner, it lets him know my likes and dislikes.
- Honesty: both partners need to be honest with each other about their problems or any diseases they have to prevent future complications from the beginning. It is essential to have sex with transparent honesty. This honesty should come BEFORE the two of you are intimate.
- Mutual respect: this is a must when it comes to having sex. Both partners respect each other’s consent. There is a need to make sure the intimacy between you two is mutual. If your partner isn't feeling it, back off for a while.
- Sexy Responsibility begins with the health of your body: Ok, this is a must! I've been a detox specialist for over a decade now and one thing reigns true... You must keep yourself up! Look, I'm not saying you need to prance around in a bikini. I'm not trying to tell men they need a six-pack. What I am saying is men are visual and ladies are somewhat visual too. Do your part to eat a healthy plant-based diet and to move your body every day! At the end of the day, ask yourself this, "Would I want to be laying next to me at night"?
At the end of the day what men really want is to have the freedom to be themselves while knowing they are making you happy. What women desire is to be "seen" truly seen for who they are. By following the brief responsibility tips I share above, you can and will achieve this level of trust within your relationships.
