Breast implants are not a momentary decision. They are a lifelong relationship with your body.
Last Friday, I underwent surgery after one of my implants ruptured~27 years after they were placed. While that’s a long time, what shocked me most was how deeply my body had been affected. The calcified implant wasn’t just damaged... it was making me sick.

In the last three months alone, I lost over 30 pounds as my body diverted everything toward survival and repair. Implants are not just cosmetic accessories. They are a life long commitment~financial, physical, emotional, and energetic.
My surgery was just under $17,000. With travel, lodging, and recovery, the total came close to $30,000. Beyond the cost was time away from my work with incredible doctors in the peptide field, time away from my precious clients, and weeks of learning how to sleep, lift, move, and live differently.
I entrusted my body to one of the best surgeons in the world, Dr. Steven Ip. His work is extraordinary~my new breasts are full, soft, natural, and beautiful. I am deeply grateful.
I’m still healing ❤🩹 supporting my body with intentional supplements, fresh juices, nourishing foods, IV therapies, and deep rest. Healing is my full-time devotion. I’m also endlessly thankful my mother came to care for my dogs during this time~a gift beyond words.
I am not the woman I was 27 years ago. I’ve grown, softened, and awakened spiritually. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t alter my body, however, I honor that I made the best decision I could then, and again chose the right doctor.
I share this not to instill fear, but awareness. If you’re considering implants, do so consciously. They ask something of you for the rest of your life~your money,
time, energy, and your body’s constant adaptation.
Your body is wise. Listen to it.
My Healing Sanctuary in Newport Beach
During my stay in Newport Beach, I had the absolute luxury of spending several days at the stunning VEA Hotel overlooking the Pacific. Between the soft rain, ocean air, and peaceful environment, my nervous system finally exhaled.

Having Whole Foods right across the street at Fashion Island meant my “special eating routine” never missed a beat. California truly makes healthy living feel effortless.
And yes... I absolutely bought a $14 tomato 😂 and yes... it was worth every bite.

Healing Foods & Living Nutrition
My body demanded nourishment on a cellular level. I leaned fully into:
My Daily Healing Protocol
- Fresh vegetable juices
- Living foods
- Massive rainbow salads
- Healthy fats (especially avocado)
- Coffee enemas for detox support
- Bright sunshine on my face
- Daily meditation
- Deep rest
Food became medicine. Light became medicine. Stillness became medicine.

Community, Support & Unexpected Blessings
One of the most touching moments was when my dear friend and chiropractor ~ an old neighbor ~ drove up my favorite Jimbo’s Grocery staples the very night I arrived. That alone felt like brotherly love in action. 🥑💚
And my mother caring for my dogs while I healed? There are no words for that kind of love.

What I Learned From This Experience
Your Body Keeps the Score
Your body never forgets. It stores every experience, trauma, and foreign object.
Healing Is Not Linear
Some days are strong. Some are tender. Both are sacred.
Choose Yourself
Your health is your wealth. Every time.
If You’re Considering Implants
Questions to Ask Yourself
- Am I emotionally prepared for long-term
maintenance? - Do I understand the health risks?
- Am I choosing this for me?
Awareness is empowerment.
