How to Lead with Integrity as a Healer
In a world overflowing with wellness fads, self-proclaimed gurus, and quick-fix solutions, integrity remains the true cornerstone of healing.
I’ve lived this truth ~ not just in my work, but in the battlefield of life itself. Over the years, I’ve faced online attacks, false reports, and attempts to silence my voice. Yet through every trial, I’ve emerged stronger, clearer, and more rooted in my purpose.
Because here’s the truth: the healer who leads with honesty and integrity always wins.
After fully healing from a long battle with an eating disorder, I once believed my days of struggle were behind me. What I didn’t anticipate was being shadowed by a pitiful pair whose energy seems devoted to watching my every move. But I’ve learned that the brighter your light shines, the more it reveals the shadows around you.
Their attempts to silence me have only highlighted their own emptiness ~ while I continue to rise, share my truth, and help others heal from a place of alignment and authenticity.

Here are the 8 principles I embody as a healer:
1. Authenticity
Healing starts with honesty. Be genuine and true to yourself. Share your lived experiences, your lessons, and even your scars. People don’t need perfection; they need your authenticity.
2. Transparency
Whether it’s your methods, your tools, or your limits~communicate openly. When clients know exactly what to expect, you create a sacred container for trust.
I have an over 80% referral rate in both my wellness business and my spiritual business The Detox Intuitive. This means most of my clients are referred to me by others who have experienced profound physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

3. Compassion
Every soul carries wounds. Approach with empathy, kindness, and a non-judgmental heart. Compassion is not weakness ~ it’s medicine. There is a time to hold compassion and a time to set boundaries. Remember: compassion for others must never mean sacrificing your own well-being.
4. Accountability
We all stumble. True integrity means acknowledging mistakes, making amends, and growing stronger. Accountability transforms errors into wisdom.
Imagine how your life would shift if you apologized to those you’ve wounded~it’s the fastest road to freedom.
5. Continuous Learning (Rooted in Timeless Wisdom)
This is where I walk a different path. I don’t chase new fads. My learning is grounded in timeless wisdom that endures:
• Arnold Ehret’s teachings on proper eating, discipline and resilience
• Gil Jacobs’ cleansing principles.
• Jay Kordich’s juicing legacy.
• Biblical truth as spiritual grounding.
• The teachings of my mother Bonnie, and Grandmother La Golda.
The truth is I walk my talk and everyone who has worked with me or who has ever met me, knows it!

This knowledge transcends trends and becomes the foundation of true healing.
6. Boundaries
Sacred healing requires boundaries. Protect yourself and your clients by maintaining clear lines. Boundaries aren’t walls; they are gates that protect the sacred.
7. Respect
Honor each client’s beliefs, autonomy, and values. Healing is not about forcing your path~it’s about guiding them to uncover their own.
8. Integrity in Business Practices
True healers don’t manipulate or mislead. Operate ethically, with honesty in your offerings, billing, and client relationships. This is how trust becomes unshakable.
The True Authentic Healer Always Wins
When you embody these principles, you become unshakable. Attacks, lies, and false accusations may come, but they cannot uproot you. The healer always wins because integrity always wins.
