My daily habit is helping my clients and myself lose weight:) Guess what...IT'S EATING ICE CREAM FOR BREAKFAST! Raw, vegan, gluten free and dairy free "vice cream"! I've gotten such a beautiful response from all of the people that are in the FLOW that I thought I would share two of my FAVORITE "vice cream" recipes with you!
Remember BOTH of these recipes are organic, gluten free, dairy free and raw vegan!
Whoever said vegans have nothing to eat should be punished. Possibly by being forced to watch us devour this masterpiece!
RECIPE #1 Matcha, mint, wild jungle peanut butter "vice creme" with vegan chocolate chips!
4-6 FROZEN BANANAS
1TB MATCHA GREEN TEA
FRESH MINT OR 3-4 DROPS OF ORGANIC MINT OIL
2-3 HEAPING TB OF WILD JUNGLE PEANUT BUTTER
1-2 FRESH DATES
50-60 VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIPS (ITS NOT A LOT IF YOU SE THE MINIATURE CHIPS)
Blend all ingredients then using only half of the vegan chocolate chips. Sprinkle the rest on top of the vice cream"!

4-6 FROZEN BANANASRECIPE #2 Banana "vice creme" with wild jungle peanut butter topped with bullet proof coffee chocolate covered coffee beans! TOTAL FOODGASM!
1-2 FRESH DATES
1/2 CUP OF BULLET PROOF COCOA COVERED EXPRESSO BEANS (YUM)
2 HEAPING TB OF WILD JUNGLE PEANUT BUTTER!!!
Blend all ingredients then using only half of the expresso beans. Pour into a jar or bowl and sprinkle the rest of the beans on op! Devour without shame or guilt:)
