
Good morning family!
Many of you know I LOVE yoga! What you may not know is prior to moving to CA I was in a car accident. It seemed minor at the time, a woman pulled out in front of me and in order to miss her I swirved into another lane and got hit.
I walked away and didnt give it a second thought. Days later my neck was in severe pain. I later found out that I have what is called a reverse cervicle neck. It means my neck will never go back to being perfectly in line.
I find that yoga helps a lot! Especialy this simple 5 minute routine of "cat/cows" and downward dogs. I do this routine EVERY morning the minute I get out of bed. It makes me feel good! This morning I recorded it for you on my phone:)
