High Vibration Foods List: 10 High Frequency Diet Foods

Having dedicated my life in the direction of cellular detoxification, holistic health, and the healing arts, I know the importance of eating high vibrational foods. Maintaining a high vibrational diet is a must if one desires to maintain a high vibration. 

A vibration that encompasses positivity, love, compassion, and peacefulness. 

What a contrast to a low vibration which is linked to fear, anxiety, sadness, and depression. The higher your vibration the more authentic you are, and the more capable you'll be of tuning into what you really want and then manifesting it in the world.

I should know, I am a manifesting generator and my human design gene code is that of unconditional love. My spiritual fasting retreats I facilitate are centered around raising our vibration. Not just with food but with who and what we allow to enter our lives. 

What are high-vibration foods?

High vibration foods are… antioxidants that create a higher vibration within the cell wall of our bodies. Each of us is an energetic being and eating is simply a transfer of energy. We can fill ourselves with energy in many ways! Activities like yoga, walking in nature, breath-work, meditation and, simply eating a diet rich in whole foods are all great ways to start. Are you ready to take a ride on the high vibe "good food vibrations train"?

The vibrational frequency of food is measured within the realm of your wellbeing

Have you ever had a conversation with someone and walked away feeling down? Chances are they may have been eating a typical SAD (standard American diet) aka a low vibrational diet. 

Remember, the vibrational frequency of food is measured within the realm of your well-being! It's pretty difficult to feel sad or down when you are sitting in the sunshine soaking up vitamin D and eating a bag of Florida oranges!

What does a higher vibrational diet do for wellness?

For me personally and my clients, a diet consisting of  “high vibrational foods” makes sense! Let's face it, it simply doesn’t make sense to eat a diet of death any longer! Once something is dead and decomposing, do you really want it decomposing inside of your gut? That doesn’t sound “high vibe to me!

Other benefits of eating a high vibrational diet are

+ an increased immune system  

+ lower chance of cancer and other degenerative diseases

+ More life force energy means more exercise and this leads to a healthier heart  

+ When you raise your vibrational frequency you end up with better mental health 

High vibrational foods list

In the high vibrational foods list below, I list just a few of my high vibrational food groups. 

1. Spirulina or other blue-green algae's

Foods such as Chlorella, spirulina, and other blue-green algae has the ability to take our bodies from an acidic state to an alkaline state. Did you know that blue foods such as blue-green algae can crush moody blues? YES! They actually have the ability to improve your mental health! 

2. Cilantro, parsley, chard, and other leafy greens

Herbs such as cilantro, dill, and parsley along with other leafy greens are full of chlorophyll! Chlorophyll is definitely not in the low vibrational foods category. In fact, it is considered a superfood! One of the highest vibrational foods you can eat is beet greens (those beet tops that everyone tosses out). I love to juice the tops of my vegetables and include them in my monster salads! 

3. Fresh fruits and cold-pressed juices

The quickest way to raise your vibration fast is to start juicing! I've not missed a day of juicing in 21 years (honestly)! When we extract the fiber and only have straight juice, it is like a blood transfusion into our veins! 

Fresh fruit is a natural superfood containing a bounty of health benefits 

4. Fermented foods

Another favorite high vibrational food group is the fermented Category such as sauerkraut, kimchi, and kombucha! These foods enhance the good gut bacteria and improve not only your physical health but also your mental health!

How? Because there is more serotonin that runs in the gut than in the brain! 

Low vibration foods to avoid or minimize

  • gluten
  • packaged processed foods, fast food
  • rancid oils such as canola oil
  • sugar
  • dairy
  • animal products and their byproducts

We are energy and eating is simply a transfer of energy. We can fill ourselves with energy in many ways. For me, energy comes from seeing a text pop up from my nephew. It comes from feeling the sunshine hit my face. Sure, sometimes I get it by sipping a turmeric tonic but usually, I get it through my yoga practice, an outdoor hike with my dogs (animals have many health benefits), engaging in my spiritual practice, and yes... by eating a NON-gmo whole foods plant-based diet!

I've eaten a 100% raw vegan high vibrational diet void of low vibrational foods for twenty-one beautiful years! My high vibrational diet has basically existed on elixir tonics filled with adaptogen herbs such as Chaga, reishi, and holy basil. I begin each day with fresh cold-pressed juices, spring water that I harvest myself, HUGE leafy green salads, gluten-free sprouted raw vegan bread topped with fresh avocado, raw nuts that are always sprouted prior to eating. Instead of fast food, I treat myself to real blood sugar-stabilizing luxuries such as french fries made from the potatoes I grow myself. For a sweet treat, I love raw vegan ice creams made from fresh fruit and sprouted cashews. Raw cookie dough made from legumes and chocolate chips! Yes, even dessert can be FULL of life force energy! For sweeteners, I use Grade B maple syrup (it's full of minerals) and occasionally stevia leaf that I grow in my own windowsill. 

Everything I consume is pesticide-free and I grow 90% of my food myself! Check out a recent video I took of my fall harvest in my beautiful garden here.
