Where in southern California is the water fast detox retreat held?
The Alkalize with Andrea water fast retreat has two locations. Smaller retreats and one on one retreats take place in our beautiful Las Vegas Nevada location in Andrea’s personal home on a beautiful 1/3 of an acre property that has a secluded vibe. The southern California location is held at a small resort in Laguna Beach California.
What you’ll need to bring
- a robe, comfy clothes, and flip flops
- positive reading material
- any spiritual token (bible, beads, crystals) you desire to comfort you during your cleanse
- Your medical forms and approval to water fast from your doctor
- Please do not bring any perfumes or scented lotions as this will inhibit your bodies natural way of cleansing
