Sometimes life humbles us through pain, strengthens us through loss, and reminds us who we truly are.
I don’t often speak on the challenges that unfold behind the scenes of my life. I’ve always believed that the more energy we give to negativity, the more it finds its way back to us. But today, I feel called to share, not from a place of pain, but from a space of reflection, faith, and gratitude.
A Season of Expansion and Divine Alignment
This year began with an undeniable sense of momentum ~ nine magazine features and three covers, including Wellness Magazine, USA News, and two international publications in Italy and Germany, along with a highlight in New York Weekly.
It was a season of expansion and affirmation ~ proof that divine alignment meets you exactly where you are meant to be.
When Light Meets Shadow
Yet, alongside that light, came deep shadows. I walked through a lawsuit and emerged victorious, a reminder that truth always protects those who stand in it. I also endured a loss so precious that even now, my heart is not ready to speak it aloud. And there was a moment… an unexpected, frightening accident that left me with a concussion and the sobering awareness of how fragile this human experience truly is.
I’ve also released relationships that no longer felt reciprocal, choosing peace over proximity and authenticity over attachment.
A Sacred Pause: Devotion, Not Indulgence
Yesterday, I decided to take a sacred pause, an entire day for me. I began with a grounding workout, treated myself to my favorite latte at my favorite spot, received a colonic to cleanse and renew, and ended with a 3½-hour facial that felt nothing short of heavenly.
This kind of radical self-care has always been part of my path, not indulgence, but devotion.
A Request for Prayers
Today, I face something that would test most people ~ energetically, physically, and emotionally. I’m not sharing the details just yet, but I ask for your prayers as I move through this moment with grace, strength, and surrender.
Because through it all ~ the highs, the heartbreaks, the healing, I am still here.
Still shining.
Still believing that every challenge is simply another invitation to rise.
